We operate FAST, Diagnosis is a 24-hour process normally following 24 hours additionally to complete. (Timeframe may vary depending on shipping and handling of any parts or devices not available on-site & required for repair completion) We strive to keep as many parts available as quickly as possible at a moment's notice. High prioritization of repairs or upgrades for machines used in commercial or academic setting will be exercised to the best of our capabilities upon request. We are transparent, informative and most important of all we are SECURE. Your security means everything to us. Here you and your devices are safe. We specialize in data retrieval on-site and are partnered with one of the most secure data recovery companies in the United States! Recycling your old devices with us is not only great for our environment but also ensures secure data obliteration (So your information doesn't wind up in the wrong hands) with documentation provided. Transfer of information from machine to machine when trading or recycling with us is also made exceptionally secure.
