We do not consider any cost reduction options on any repairs/purchases of any kind if it means sacrificing quality.

Company operations contingent upon surrounding weather conditions. Adverse weather may incur delays in repairs/availability

 

Purchase policy

All sales will be conditioned on the satisfaction of the customer, If the original expectations have changed, Additional expectations will result in an adjustment in the final purchase price

All payments are Cash on demand, we do not extend credit. Jurisdictional Sales Tax will be applied to ALL sales and repairs. We do NOT accept checks or money orders of any kind.

If shipping items, Shipping cost will be included in the final purchase price, unless otherwise stated within the sale.

When ordering parts/products from 3rd party vendors, 50% or 1/2 of the final cost of the part/product is due upon order and cannot be canceled before the part/product arrives. Remaining amount is due upon client receiving the part/product.

Debit/Credit charges carry a standard 3.8% increase on the final purchase/repair price

Cash is also accepted with no processing fees

Trade In

Trading in your old, outdated machine is a great way to cut the final cost of upgrading to a more up to date or more powerful system, in some cases a trade in is more cost effective than repairing a broken machine, everyone qualifies to trade an old, broken, outdated machine no matter the case, for a set price off of the system you need/want.

Once the agreement to trade has been made and the client has been presented the replacement machine, the trade becomes final and in no case is reversible.

Trade in value will be determined by the current market value

Proceeds and compensation for traded products are subject to company credit ONLY

Repairs

All repair work is warranty eligible, looking to add a warranty up to 2 years? Doing so will alter the final price of the repair 

All repairs completed are final

Turnaround time for repairs is dependent upon the requirements to complete the job (Shipping & Handling, Scheduled delivery, Installation/Configuration, ETC)

Additional repairs outside of the original, initial repair estimate given will alter the final price, unless otherwise stated.

Any articles or devices left on site, in our possession for 90 days or more are subjected to become sole property of K&M Computer Repair, Devices left on site for more than 90 days will have the information on the device (If any) securely & indefinitely obliterated. 

We are NOT responsible for information lost after 30 days of initial repairs and backup taking place

Customer information/data left on our servers for more than 90 days after job completion is subject to automatic expiration/obliteration. We are NOT responsible for information left behind or forgotten. Once the information is retrieved from the server to the customers hands,  Information will  expire 30 days thereafter and in no case will be retrievable in the future.

Warranty

The provided Limited warranty applies to physical goods and only for physical goods, purchased from K&M Computer Repair, The Limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship, under normal use during the warranty period. K&M Computer Repair will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. This limited warranty WILL NOT cover conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship by K&M Computer Repair

 

 

RETURNS:

Returns on non-custom items with NO material or workmanship defect are subjected to a $35 Re-stocking FEE

Returns on non-custom items WITH material or workmanship damage will be rejected

Returns on non-custom items are guaranteed for 14 business days, the device being returned MUST be in the same condition as when purchased to receive Hot-Swap eligibility, refund or credit.

Custom gaming computers or items ordered through K&M Computer Repair via private vendors are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the client Service Agreement
